Change ESX log size defaults to 1 MiB size and 1 backup file (total 2 MB potential consumption) from 10Mb and 5 backup files (total 60MB potential consumption) Fixes #978 //CC @ tusharnt Test: CI only, relying on Log config being tested in the past.
