I'd love to see an advanced search mode where you can provide search terms for the conference name, speaker name, and talk title specifically. This could also be used for speaker links in the web UI – if you click a speaker who has a short name/common substring, you'll get a lot of results you didn't want or expect.

BTW: 5ab3ccc added better variant for speaker links: Instead of ?q= they now use ?p= which uses an elastic search query which actually only search the persons field.
