[Webpoll] Voting page can be accesed aftervoting process is ended

Problem to solve

After ending a Webpoll voting process the voting page still:

• Allows to click the vote button that takes you to the voting options
• Shows the voting options
• Allows to press the button of sending vote.
  Since the vote is not accepted by the gateways, therefore this is not a fucntional issue but a visual one.

Proposal

Show that the process has ended instead of the list of voting questions when the process is finished, disabling the voting buttons
