Need to call envoy before using ssh with gpg-agent started in pam #67

My system is setup up to use gpg-agent with the pam method so I don't have to put stuff related to envoy in my ~/.profile. However, now prior of using ssh I need call envoy one time, if not I'll get a Permission denied (publickey)., after that I can use ssh as usual. This doesn't apply to gpg which work fine from the start.

Note that my keys are stored in a smartcard.

I don't use envoy anymore. Please reopen this issue if you find it relevant still.
