Rendering boxes included in PDF

Hello from the GitHub Mobile team! 👋🏼 We use this library to render PDFs in the app. Thanks for maintaining this repo!

We recently ran into an issue rendering boxes (I assume other shapes) on PDFs. Take https://github.com/RuinDig/ruindig.github.io/blob/main/files/RuinDig_2022-11-12_ReportFraud.ftc.gov_Confirmation.pdf
This user reported to us that can see their redacted info on our mobile client, but not on the website. So if you render this PDF with this library, you should see the info in the About You info, when it is hidden on GitHub.com

Do y'all have any insight how we can render these boxes so this info gets hidden correctly. I don't see any docs that are useful. Any help would be great. Thanks!
