Package request: retroarch-assets

Right now, if you only install retroarch package and start using it, you see that fonts are ugly. According to arch wiki we should install retroarch-assets too. But the package doesn't exists.

Assets needed for RetroArch - e.g. menu drivers, etc. Also contains the official branding:

Also consider to add this package as one of dependencies of retroarch package.

Oh. there is a simpler way to achive assets. Go to online-updater -> update assets.
So i think there is no need to create this package.
