Thinkpad's mouse keys don't work randomly

Expected behavior

Touchbar top buttons should work on every session.

Actual behavior

Sometimes when I turn on my laptop the top bar touchbar buttons just don't work. Keyboard and touchbar panel work correctly. Reboot usually helps.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Cant share particular steps. But if I some logs could be helpful then I can reproduce it by several reboots and provide it.
