Expected behaviour

Hibernation should work on battery with an optimus intel/nvidia setup.

Actual behaviour

Hibernation does not work unless tlp is set to false, or the directory:
/var/lib/tlp
is created.

Steps to reproduce

Difficult to define, but for me, all I need to do to make is fail:

• Ensure the above directory does not exist
• sudo ZZZ

The system never actually halts, and needs to be cold power cycled.
