Yea looks like either your filesystem or you SSD is broken or on the verge of breaking. I would check dmesg, for read errors, maybe check with smart-tools if there are issues with the SSD. Maybe fsck can solve it if its not a SSD issue. |

Yes, it should be able to show the drive state and possibly number of recorded read errors etc. From the dmesg it does look like more of an issue with the drive and not the filesystem.
