Actual behaviour

Crashes with error

Steps to reproduce

1. Import some video in timeline
2. Tool > Project > Render
3. Select intel vaapi
4. see crash

Now error is changed to

[h264_vaapi @ 0x7fd21c004840] No usable encoding profile found.
