when a ipython kernel no longer is available, the following dialogue pops up

Connection failed

A connection to the notebook server could not be established. The notebook will continue trying to reconnect. Check your network connection or notebook server configuration

Should a similar behaviour be available to voila?
Similarly, what in the event of reconnecting to the Kernel?
