Link Siraj's 3 month Machine Learning course to the related sections on FOEP.

There are a lot of materials in here and in his other git repositories. Each should be looked through in a separate issue.

Having worked as a research associate at a University in the areas of Machine Learning and Data Mining. I think this hardly seems realistic. The field currently is on the applied side mostly looking at applications of deep neural networks. There are some good materials for this topic-
