There might be no need anymore to use condacolab to install the RDKit because it is directly pip-installable in notebooks:
https://pypi.org/project/rdkit-pypi/

This could facilitate the installation in this notebook:
https://github.com/volkamerlab/ai_in_medicine/blob/master/week2_session1_cadd_exercise.ipynb
