React removes holograms from HolographicDisplays

It seems React is removing holograms in active chunks since the recent updates.

I noticed the same issue as well, some players were reporting to me that holograms were disappearing in certain time periods. It was happening on the only one server I have React installed on, so I might have same problem as @Sikatsu.

Worth mentioning that it was happening only with 1 online player on server. When there were 2 players in the spawn room with holograms none of the holograms disappeared.
