Skip files that start with . in the manifest

Originally filed at volojs/volo#124 -- while that report is not using the latest version of volo-appcache (which should skip .htaccess files) .swap files do show up in the manifest. Those files should be ignored for manifest purposes, so using this ticket to track that. Once fixed, comment back on the original volo ticket.
