Describe the bug

Help output for options is incomplete.

To Reproduce

Type help example where example is a command with some options.

Expected behavior

I see the option name and description .

Additional context

This is what I see:

$ node calculator.js
calc: help args

  Usage:  args [options] [items...]

  Shows args.

  Options:

    --help  output usage information
