Updated csv for Confirmed cases #244

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! Previously, we have split the CSV into two files, one for 2020 and another one for 2021. Yet due to the lack of manpower and resources, we are far behind schedule to put more decorative buttons for the data sources, and I deeply apologize for any inconveniences caused. JSONFor other usages, you might want to take a look at https://covidapi.vote4.hk where we will regularly update the JSON files that deem necessary to build our website. However, please take note that this API endpoint will be subject to frequent changes, we recommend building a type guard and failsafe measurements before put into use in production environments.
