After installing Voten, doesn't show all news in "Hot" and other categories. Only when i'am log in then i see all news and left sidebar channels.

That's a wierd one. Any errors in console?

Submissions in the feed are fetched based on the subscribed channels. For guests, it is based on the channels that are added to suggested_channels list. While logged in as administrator, open this address to add channels to the suggested_channels list:
/big-daddy/suggested-categories
