Since Riverbank does not provide binary installers for Windows, this little app should be ported to PyQt5 eventually (which does not seems straightforward since they move modules around and made too much changes).

Meanwhile, if anywho needs PyQt4 you can get at http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#pyqt4 and install it with pip, e.g.

pip2 install PyQt4-4.11.4-cp27-cp27m-win_amd64.whl

It works.
