Programmatic access to --cover-json

Instead of writing out to the file coverage.json I'd like to tell vows to use --cover-json and call a function that returns me the JSON result, or perhaps a Stream.

I can include a pull request if this is something that would be accepted.

vows 1.x doesn't do coverage, so I'm going to close this.
