Running up first time hangs

Hi there. Thanks for this really cool project. I was trying to get things running via the ./up command. The first time i ran it, nothing was showing up in the GCP console and the logs locally were just hanging on pinging to a local IP. So i killed the CLI and re-ran ./up and the second time started seeing cluster resources provisioned in the console.

Hey there thanks for the comment.

This repo is more of an example/proof of concept of how we utilize kubernetes and how we recommend deploying your communications environment. Some of the docker images are not public therefore if you don’t have access to the artifact registry you won’t be able to deploy our full stack in your environment. We’ve toy’d with the idea of making everything public.
