Please support ssl_verify_client and ssl_client_certificate

This has a bug. README suggests using:
'ssl_verify_client' => 'optional',
but when only ssl_client_certificate is given the ssl_verify_client is forced in .erb file to be set to `on' and it's impossible to override it.
