Create nodes.conf file?

Our deployment team is getting a lot of these:

30287:M 04 Dec 07:11:37.785 # Can't open /etc/redis.d/nodes-eth3.conf in order to acquire a lock: Permission denied
30332:M 04 Dec 07:11:56.693 # Can't open /etc/redis-conf/nodes-eth3.conf in order to acquire a lock: Permission denied

We then have to create a nodes-eth3.conf file manually.

Does puppet-redis handle the creation and permission of the file specified by cluster_config, or do we have to create that separately?
