建议是分组->项目->版本->数据库
目前的版本是项目和一个数据源绑定，版本是指的与数据库同步的版本，版本号是时间。

实际开发时文档是按版本基线固化的。数据库的差异比对也是当前版本与前一次发布版本的对比意义更大。
项目和数据库最好拆成两个层级，同一个项目连接多个数据源，甚至多个不同类型的数据源也不少见。

或者可以用另一个办法，用一个可以自定义无限层级目录，就不用区分组和项目了，然后在某一级目录下定义一个或多个数据源
