Migrating a project with a U# version <1.0 does not properly remove the old version of U# and add in the current version. Adding in the current version yourself does not remove the old version either. Deleting the old version of U# and then installing the new one does seem to work.
To Reproduce
Have a project with an old version of U#, prior to 1.0. I can provide a sample project privately if more specifics are required.
Migrate the project using the VCC
Launch the project in Unity Editor and observe that you have errors and the old version of U# is still in the Assets folder.
Expected behavior
Migrating a project with old versions of U# should give the latest version of U# and remove the old version.
