Excuse me, why is there no cmakelistes in ocilib?

Hi,

1/ ocilib has been using autotools on Linux/Unix since day one. On windows, prebuilt binaries are provided ( Visual Studio and code::blocks solutions are also provided.
2/ CMake was not that widely used 10 years ago.
3/ Nobody ever asked for it.

Anybody that wants to provide a cmakelist is welcome.
