Absolute http:// links to wiki pages do not resolve to files #383

Once a link to a wiki page is converted to http:// absolute format then it is no longer recognized as a link to file in the project

EAP update with a fix for the issue is available. To enable EAP update channel:

Then make the IDE check for updates.
