Housekeeping

I'm sure this issue is not a duplicate

Information:

I am not sure this is not a duplicate, but I had to tick it to report/bump this super breaking obvious bug.
I did as described here to find the cause, and it was indeed this extention that was still "Activating..." In the bottom of the list

Disabling it and reloading and it's instant.

I'm on latest WSL BTW, in case that matters.
