Adding the apparent files for an Interview, but I'm only guessing what Jekyll does or wants :P E.G. I've created an SCSS butI'm not sure how Jekyll would add it to the interview page when it's created.

Adding the apparent files for an Interview - an
_includesfile, alayout, some SASSThe glue is missing though, but I'm not sure how much glue is required :)
The avatar's based on the speaker component's avatar from the homepage, the Interview page is based on a Post page.
I think it's on the right path?
