Ao detectar webpack.config.js e devDependencies: webpack-dev-server, rodar webpack-dev-server junto com o watcher de upload.

Discutir como isso vai se comportar com múltiplas apps ao mesmo tempo (#13).

Opa, esqueci de referenciar a issue no commit, mas foi resolvido em:

A questão do hot reload com múltiplas apps continua nebulosa...
