LWmsTileLayer layer attribute isn't reactive

When reactively updating the layers attribute on a LWmsTileLayer, it does not reactively update the layer onto the map. It will only make network requests to the initial WMS endpoint regardless of what the updated layers attribute is set to.

Here is a Minimal example showing that the layer does not change.

Tried reverting to 0.9.0 but didn't seem to make any difference
