全局配置size属性

What problem does this feature solve?

各个组件的size属性不能统一设置，如果想把项目每个页面的组件大小设置为small，只能一个一个设置

What does the proposed API look like?

似乎还没解决。是不是放到ConfigProvider中来配置全局的组件size会更符合直觉一些
