a-input-number 当输入法为微软中文时,:formater 返回的数字会出现问题

当使用a-input-number的:formatter时, 将输入法切换为微软 中文, 在符号后面输入数字时会回填两个相同的数字
例如官方formatter的方法, :formatter="value => ${value}%", 在百分号后面输入数字时, 即%5, 回填会变成55%
