确实慢，横向滚动到最右侧还会卡死

加了rowSelection 还会导致 v-model的input输入变慢，有种防抖的感觉，很不舒服。

再自定义几个 customRender , 50 行就开始卡了。。

@duke-git 使用 surely， 由于 surely 的存在，这个问题不可能官方解决了

surely也会卡，特别是在有customRender去自定义cell的时候，但是官方文档没有这种自定义复杂cell的例子
