How do I get this to play with eslint?

.....

<Component></Component>

eslint complains that Component is never used.

I tried adding

  "parserOptions": {
    "ecmaFeatures": {
      "jsx": true
    }
  },

to .eclintrc.js, but that didn't seem to help.
