Currently, the specification seems to be that if volar.config.js does not exist, it will be output. https://github.com/johnsoncodehk/volar/blob/master/packages/vue-language-server/src/common.ts#L126

Is there something wrong with this output?

Experiencing same issue

Edit:
Issue went away after closing project, opening another one to check if it persisted there also (it didn't), reopened the original one and issue was not present.

I have the same issue. It seems that @johnsoncodehk has fixed it in the latest commit.
How long will it take before the fix version is available in VS Code?
