Steps to reproduce

try to import an existing project from any directory and it will not give you the chance to put a name for that project

What is expected?

that import directory as a project name

What is actually happening?

you can use an unnamed project, but is never imported and stored as project

• vue ui can only import projects that use webpack and @vue/cli-service, never supported vite based projects.

• This issue should be closed and marked as invalid.
