Demo (switch the select): http://jsfiddle.net/3QGzh/

With Firefox (27, 29-aurora):

  • With the Vue setting, the transitions are skipped most of the time.
  • It’s better with the Both setting, but the Vue transitions are still skipped from time to time.

With Chrome 33, the Vue transitions are skipped for the most part, and displaying “DOM transitions” demo does not seem to affect them.

Thanks man. I removed the forced layout because when I tested with a single element it worked in all browsers, but it seems without the force layout the triggering becomes inconsistent. I'll revert that change.
