Fetch products by category

What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

To fetch the products for a specific category by category slug/id on the category page

What are the acceptance criteria

To route the request somehow, so we can use different API methods like fetch, fetchAll, fetchWithProducts, fetchByHandle with single endpoint. eg. return await context.$shopify.api.getCategory(params, customQuery);

so, we can pass something in parameter, which identifies the request and route the call and retrieve the expected result.
