[Bug Report][3.1.8] Content behind nav drawer scrolls

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.1.8
Vue Version: 3.2.47
Browsers: Firefox 110.0, Chromium 110.0.5481.177
OS: Ubuntu undefined

Steps to reproduce

• Open reproduction example in your touch device's browser (might not fit into the window though on mobile phones)
• Alternative: open in your desktop browser and enable touch simulation in the dev console
• Touch scroll vertically (on nav drawer or backdrop)

Expected Behavior

Interaction with the Nav Drawer should not affect the content behind it

Actual Behavior

Scrolling swipe will scroll the content of the view behind the nav drawer. This even happens it you do the scroll swipe on the nav drawer itself (not only on the backdrop where the content shows through).
