[Feature Request] disableItemsPerPage in Data Table Footer

Problem to solve

Currently, to hide the dropdown for items per page in the data table's footer, I need to create a custom template #bottom. Having an option like "disableItemsPerPage" would be more convenient and save time.

Proposed solution

In Vuetify 2, the Data Footer's option "disableItemsPerPage" allowed hiding the dropdown for items per page. This feature is missing in Vuetify 3. I propose reintroducing this option to hide the items-per-page selector in the interface.
