[Bug Report] <v-banner> attributes are automaticaly removed

Environment

Vuetify Version: 2.1.12
Vue Version: 2.6.10
Browsers: Firefox 70.0
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

Just drop v-banner and add some attributes (except style - style is not deleted)

Expected Behavior

Keep all custom attributes

Actual Behavior

All user attributes excluding style are removed
