useURL(), useURLPattern(), useURLSearchParams(), useRequest()

Hello!

It ocurred to me that wrapping the following native Web API constructors and adding reactivity could well be in the scope of vueuse to facilitate building URLs back-and-forth from objects:

• new URL()
• new URLPattern()
• new URLSearchParams() (not bound to the window.location but rather to a resctive object)

maybe even:

• new Request()

Has anyone implemented composables for these or similar like for example vue-useurl?
