/MetaDockers/controller/lib/config.conf error!

After the running "python manage.py runserver"get next error:

http://localhost:8000/index/

/MetaDockers/controller/lib/config.conf error!

How to fix it ?

I try open new dir on - /Users/CongRong/Desktop/vulhub and put the vulhub - but its still not work

Update - After install Docker

Got next error
