Test portal record successfully created link goes to production CVE page

Using the test portal, a CVE ID was reserved, then the ID was selected and Editor tab opened. The CVE ID details were filled in and then the Post to Test Portal button was selected at the top. A message was displayed at the top of the screen to signify that the CVE record was successfully created.

The message is: "CVE-2024-0255 record was successfully created. This submission should appear on https://test.cve.org/ within 15 minutes."

The entire message is a hyperlink and was probably intended to open the newly created test record on the Test Portal. However, the hyperlink goes to the recently created Test CVE ID on the production/live CVE site. This does not show the recently created Test record, but instead displays a different live CVE record or an entry that does not yet exist.

From what I can tell, ALL of the hyperlinked CVE IDs in the test portal open the corresponding page on the production/live CVE site.
