The problem with the сyrillic

I successfully get a message with the Cyrillic alphabet, but can not send. Not sure about this problem on my side or a problem in the client.

Your console should use UTF-8 locale. I use cyrillic all the time (on linux, but there shouldn't be any difference), so it should work But you can never be sure)
