Hello,
I have some issues downloading video.

I start telegram by "telegram-cli -I -N -C"

I receive a video:
267 [18:52] user#XXXXXXX >>> [video: type= size=480x360 duration=4 size=441KiB]

I use: "load_video 267" or "load_file 267" (it's the same)

It says:
[0%Down]> and stay there.

Enabling verbose I have:

load_file 267
*** error for query #XXXXXXXXXXX: #400 FILE_ID_INVALID

What's the problem?

Using encrypted chat it works, but it doesn't work on unencrypted chat, and I need it on unencrypted :-(

Same. This is in OS X Yosemite.

Same in 1.3.1:
FAIL: 71: RPC_CALL_FAIL 400: FILE_ID_INVALID

Same error in ubuntu 14.04 and OS X Yosemite. :(
