Workflow and TraceablePresentation are not included in the context

Workflow and TraceablePresentation are not getting defined in the context https://www.w3.org/2018/credentials/v1.

This is because the trace context is made from the VC schemas, but Workflow and TraceablePresentation aren’t for VC schemas (but for VPs).

I'm not certain about how to best fix this issue. The script which generates the context somehow needs to pick these up also. Should we include a "Presentations" section for this, which the script can pick from?

I think that's overkill considering we don't currently intend on creating any other presentations, maybe the script can just import the traceable presentation to the context directly?

I mean it's not a heavy lift either way
