@tplooker when we approved this work item, we missed asking you to complete the new work item questions from 2.1.4: https://w3c-ccg.github.io/workitem-process/. I've copied them below for your convenience. Would you address these questions and add their answers to the repo readme? This helps folks unfamiliar with the project quickly understand what it is.
