Bikeshed supports http header autolinks

I just discovered this, reading Bikeshed release nots looking for something else:

Added the [:http header:] autolink syntax

See for example this line in our spec

thanks, this will clean up a lot of our links. I'll update the spec to use that style where possible.

Tried this out and (example [:accept-ranges:]) but couldn't get it to work with any of the http headers that we're referencing. Not sure if those specs are not hooked up with that mechanism yet or I'm doing something wrong. Closing this for now.
